Star deserved

The prestigious white horse, he appealed to Yannick Alleno expertise in 2008, for his 1947 restaurant. Widely deserves a Michelin star in the upcoming 2010 Edition...

Pierre Gagnaire, cranberries, made Bessem Ben Abdallah confidence since 2007 to issue a kitchen which belongs to the large stone, in a candy box (28 seats) restaurant. The thrill of queries, fun, abstraction, of the unpublished found all of this in each of the sequences of the map: scent of Earth, Sea Garden, the fishing of Mediterranean, bar and Santiago, etc. Pierre Gagnaire for the cranberries, he should also get a Michelin star.

Outsiders of choice

Alexandre Ongaro, student of Ducasse who received a star in 2009 at the Table of Kilimanjaro, is still listed as an outsider, but it is clearly a future leader. The modern cuisine oriented towards the South and dusted mountain flavours, delights all in a sea of good taste. Menus 90-150 euros. From this battle of chiefs, fans of beautiful bottles will go recharging in Il Vino. Finally, Manali (family hotel with a beautiful spa and a welcoming terrace at the foot of the slopes) offers an excellent lunch with meat formula cuitent to you by a Chief who plays with consummate art barbecue.
